IObit installers are Authenticode-signed; MS Store listing is the vendor's own (publisher 'IObit.com')
IObit privacy policy covers this product and permits usage-data collection; the free edition displays in-app promotions for other IObit/iTop products and no granular telemetry opt-out is documented

The same product listed again under publisher 'IObit (Both Talent International Limited)' - a duplicate Store presence kept as a separate catalog record.
IObit's antivirus line; descendant of the IObit Security 360 product involved in the 2009 Malwarebytes database-theft findings.
Research notes
Renamed lineage: shipped as 'Advanced WindowsCare' v1 (2005), given away free from July 17, 2007 as 'Advanced WindowsCare Personal', and renamed Advanced SystemCare Free at v3.0 (Nov 25, 2008) - among the oldest living freemium optimizers.
Kitchen-sink scope per the vendor's own Free vs Pro matrix: free covers quick startup, junk clean, RAM release, and email protection; Pro layers on 'AI-powered deep cleaning', registry cleaning, real-time protection, Safe Folder, software updating, and privacy-sweep automation.
Duplicate MS Store presence: the same product appears under two listings - 'IObit.com' (this record) and 'IObit (Both Talent International Limited)' - an artifact of publisher re-registration, kept as two catalog records.
2009 Malwarebytes saga: planted fake definitions ('Rogue.AVCleanSweepPro', 'Don't.Steal.Our.Software.A') turned up in the database of sibling product IObit Security 360; IObit denied wrongdoing, then cut ~40% of its database and ended its comparison-testing program (Malwarebytes' account; see data/authors/iobit.json).
Distribution reputation: opt-out bundled offers in installers and in-product cross-promos documented on IObit's own forums; flagged at times as PUP by security vendors.
IObit's own press-room announcement of the free Personal edition of Advanced WindowsCare - the earliest author promotion found; the product was renamed Advanced SystemCare Free at v3.0 (Nov 2008).
